Labels and classification

The classification of collective accommodation concerns hotels, campsites, residential leisure parks, tourist residences and holiday villages. Tourist customers are increasingly demanding and the star classification remains an important and universal reference. This is why France decided to improve its classification system, in order to adapt it more closely to customer expectations and international practices.
