About the activity

The association Saint Gond Archéologie et Patrimoine aims to promote, protect and study the archaeological heritage of the southwestern part of the Marne.
We are in the process of creating a tourist map of the Saint Gond marshes in partnership with the Tourist Office of Les Paysages de la Champagne, the Tourist Offices of Epernay, Sézanne and Montmirail as well as the Pays d'Epernay.
The association has more than 70 members with a scientific committee.
We intervene on the preparation of excavation sites (clearing brush, temporary protection after excavations, surveillance)
We have just made a request to the department of signposting of the marshes of Saint Gond.
We have a project to publish a magazine dedicated to the marshes of Saint Gond.
We alert in case of degradation of site (see article of May 16, 2020 menhir of Congy)
